Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Aetheris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at kellyxlauren@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
