Small Groups
Private yoga for two to four people
An intimate alternative to a studio class—for couples, friends, family members, or a small private group that wants a more personal experience than a shared class.
Who this is for
Couples, friends, family, or a small private group who want to move together, in a session that's still built around the group—not a generic class.
What you can choose to focus on
What happens during a session
The session is tailored to your group's shared goals and general experience level, whether that's stretching and relaxation or a more active flow. Four is the maximum I'll take, on purpose—it keeps the attention personal and the atmosphere calm and intimate, closer to private yoga than a studio class.
A simple, personal process
Connect
Begin with a phone or FaceTime consultation so I can understand what your group wants from the practice.
Personalize
I create a session built around your group's shared goals, experience, and any limitations across the group.
Practice
We meet privately, in your home or a private space, and the session evolves as I get to know how your group moves together.
Frequently asked questions
Why is four people the maximum?
So the session stays personal. Past four, it starts to feel like a class instead of private, individual attention for everyone in the room.
Do we all need the same experience level?
No. I'll ask about everyone's experience and limitations ahead of time and build the session so it works for the whole group.
Where do sessions happen?
In your home or another private space your group chooses—including vacation or hotel settings, if that fits your plans.
Can we book a one-time session for an event?
Yes. Small group sessions work well as a one-time booking for a gathering or occasion, or as an ongoing arrangement.
Ready to begin?
Every service starts with a consultation so we can talk through your body, your goals, and what you want to work on.
